Alana Hitchcock

Alana Hitchcock, appointed Executive Director and CEO of 211 California in January 2023, is a skilled cross-sector leader with expertise in 211 systems and statewide policy. During her career at 211 LA, Alana launched programs, expanded online services to assist over 1 million people in 2022, and developed public data tools.  Alana’s experience includes running a UN Women-recognized social enterprise in Thailand, sustainable planning work with Caltrans, and serving as a Capital Fellow. A USC graduate in Public Administration, she applies her expertise to address California's complex social challenges.

Linda Wingert

Linda Wingert, Senior Director of Operations & 211 Engagement, is a seasoned leader with 30+ years experience in the nonprofit sector.  Linda plays a vital role in driving 211 California's operational excellence, supporting the statewide network, and expanding the organization's reach and impact.  Her leadership style and strategic approach strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver critical services and foster meaningful partnerships.  Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College.

Maria McGlothlin

Maria McGlothlin, 211 California's Partnerships & Development Director, brings over a decade of experience in strategic partnership building and advancing resource development.  Guided by a deep commitment to equity, Maria believes in the power of collective effort to achieve meaningful outcomes. Her work inspires support through philanthropy, volunteerism, and collaboration.

Maria graduated summa cum laude from Chapman University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and minor in Organizational Leadership.
