OUR
NETWORK

211 CALIFORNIA NETWORK MEMBERS

The 211 California Network is a statewide coalition of local 211 providers working together to ensure Californians can access reliable information, referrals, and support—especially during times of crisis.  Serving nearly all counties across the state, the Network strengthens coordination across health, human services, and disaster response systems to improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.  Collectively, local and regional 211 centers respond to millions of calls, texts, and web inquiries each year, including those related to wildfires, floods, Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events, and other emergencies.

211 providers bring deep experience serving individuals with Access and Functional Needs, including non-English speakers, older adults, people with disabilities, low-income households, and other underserved populations.  Through this work, the Network plays a critical role in identifying available resources, navigating complex systems, and supporting individual and household resilience before, during, and after disasters.
