Keynote Spotlight

We are excited to welcome Jason Pemberton as our keynote speaker.  With a background in psychology and human resource development, Jason is a trained and accredited coach who works with purpose-led businesses, social enterprises, B Corps, and nonprofits to help individuals and teams navigate challenge and change.

Jason will draw on his lived experience as a survivor of the Christchurch earthquakes, along with lessons from leading teams engaged in rebuilding an entire city.  Through real-world insight, he will explore the challenges that shape disaster recovery and share practical, human-centered tools to support both communities and the professionals who serve them.  Attendees will leave with renewed perspective, actionable strategies, and a deeper understanding of how human-centered leadership strengthens recovery and resilience after disaster.
